This crispy pasta salad is so addictive 🤤✨🥗 I literally can’t stop making it. Here’s What I Used👇🏼 For the dressing 2 tbsp Greek yogurt Squeeze of fresh lemon juice 2-3 cloves crushed garlic Salt & black pepper (to taste) Fresh parsley, finely chopped For the salad: Cucumber, chopped Lettuce, chopped Tomato, chopped Red onion, finely sliced For the crispy pasta: Pasta (any shape works well) Olive oil Smoked paprika Oregano Chilli flakes Garlic powder Parmesan cheese (optional) Method 1. Boil the pasta in salted water until cooked. Drain well and let it steam dry for a few minutes. 2. Season the pasta with olive oil, smoked paprika, oregano, chilli flakes and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated. 3. Air fry at 190°C until golden and crispy, shaking halfway through. ( 10-15 mins) 4. Make the dressing by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper and fresh parsley until smooth. 5. Prepare the salad base by combining chopped cucumber, lettuce, tomato and red onion in a bowl. 6. Assemble by adding the crispy pasta to the salad and tossing everything together with the dressing. #EasyRecipes #pastasalad #lunchideas #healthyrecipe #cookwithme
