An easy Italian appetizer or snack that’s perfect for the next time someone asks for a grilled cheese sandwich! 🇮🇹🧀 Ingredients: Sliced bread Sliced mozzarella Eggs Breadcrumbs Frying oil Instructions: 1. Add sliced mozzarella between two slices of bread and press gently together. 2. Trim off the crusts. 3. Dip each sandwich into beaten egg, then coat in breadcrumbs. Repeat again with egg and breadcrumbs for an extra crispy coating and to help seal the mozzarella inside. 4. Heat frying oil in a skillet over medium heat. 5.
