My appa, worked very hard without any holiday. Retired at 70 and after few months diagnosed with advanced level metastases prostate cancer. I am so heartbroken. I am still fighting along with him. 😭

Its not that easy. The cost of living is so high. Most people canot keep their heads above water from month to month. They can't help but work till the bitter end. I agree with what you say but in most circumstances it is difficult to achieve. It is not negativity but the sad reality.

so true but wat u gonna do i worked for 44yrs but still working lost all my money in business with my husband n sun in law n Covd also came but I take my leave go for short holidays now I will be 67yrs in October thank God I am in good health 🙏 🙏🙏🙏

my wife alwiz make a point ..every year we one family went for travelling.we juz save a portion of our salary and do DIY travel.much cheaper..had our own iternary did on our own without travel agents.Im telling u gus out there ...Do your DIY travelling..it's cheaper,affordable,u had your own time and really learn during DIY travel.Dont wait for perfect time..time will never be perfect for you..juz do it before that time is loss.

Divyaji my wife worked for 37 yrs as a teacher and she did not enjoy 1 day of retirement. She was diagnosed and bravely fought an incurable cancer for 4 yrs to pass away. You are right - enjoy your years pls.

Nowadays, we cannot rest… everything is expensive and everything needs money.. thank god toilets are mostly free now! Last time even entering toilets we need to pay RM0.20 to RM0.50..

He must be so passionate about his work.....that he failed to realize time has passed...Very sad but to most people that's life...😳 my late father and mother both working as teachers can't afford overseas travel trip except going to Hajj twice... that's the highlight of their lives...
