Ganyan din nangyari sakin last February lang nanginginig sa sobrang takot, kinakabahan sa di alam ang dahiln, grabe mag overthink to the point na natatakot nako dahil sa mga iniisip ko lang, di makalabas mag isa, di makaga dahil feel ko di ako comfortable dun. Hanggang sa may nabasa ako na ang anxiety at panic attack ay hindi sakit at hindi nakamamatay, walang treatment ang kailangan. Kailangan mo lang tatagan ang loob mo and “FACE YOUR FEAR” and always mo itatak sa isip mo na “SAFE AKO, ANXIETY LANG TO” ganyan ginawa ko although mahirap sa una bro pero yun talaga kailangan nating gawin. iwasan ang negative thoughts alam kong di maiwasan yan pero coping mechanism na ginagawa ay lahat ng negative thoughts ko ginagawaan ko ng positive para mapalitan lahat ng negative. Ang anxiety kasi bro ay nag create ng “SAFE ZONE” natin to protect ourselve kaya dapat natin i lagay sa isip natin tuwing nagpaparamdam ang anxiety and panic attack natin ay “SAFE AKO”
