rules
1 don't stop once U start jogging, it will be difficult for you to pick up again
2 never turn back to check the people behind because once you turn back you will see alot of people behind you! @ that point U will start feeling as if U have made it already you will sure slow down
3 never open your mouth while running! opening your mouth will make you take in alot of gas which will make it difficult for you to breath and U will become heavy
4 don't drink water while already running U will become weak and lazy
5 keep pushing
