I need to flag how frustrating this is. An additional 4% fee on all Pricing Plans transactions starting is a major hit for our small business. We run a small personal training business and rely heavily on recurring memberships through this system. This isn’t a small adjustment, it directly cuts into already tight margins on top of existing processing fees and will lose us thousands of dollars each year that we desperately need to keep our business running. What’s especially frustrating is the lack of real notice or context for a change that significantly impacts how we operate. Right now this makes us seriously question continuing to build on Wix.
