@janemadeextra: First time making fresh pasta with the @KitchenAid pasta attachment. Amazon had a 66% off deal last week and I couldn’t resist 🙈 Just a simple recipe (probably can feed 2-3 pax): - 200g 00 flour - 2 eggs + 1 egg yolk - A pinch of salt I used the kitchenaid to mix the dough and let it rise for 45 minutes before splitting it into 4. Then rolling it out and placing it in the pasta attachment from level 1-5 (3 times on level 1 then one each for the other levels). Dusted lightly with flour on both sides before putting it through the fettuccine attachment. Dust lightly again and put it in little loose nests so it doesn’t stick. I froze my pasta this round instead of using it straight away. Was too excited to try this 🤭 #pasta #pastatiktok #homemade #kitchenaid #pastarecipe
