@gavinwoken: The Modern Day Identity of Feminism is a complete disrespect to the woman of true foundation, character, and morals. The individuals that are carelessly contributing to the mental health crisis, negative self-perception, and internal conflict as it relates to our youth “care” until you aren’t filling their pockets anymore. Im a firm believer the same people that will defend the modern day identity of feminism are the same people ruining young women’s lives for a check. ( I would like to add, that full glass analogy applies to any human being walking this planet. )

people get pissy with me and pull the whole,"so youre not a feminist," card and I always respond with the fact that I believe in the original ideology of feminism. the right to work, vote, own property, have a bank account, pushing for medical practices to actually learn about women and fix their problem instead of just trying to brush our problems off. im 28 years old, been with my husband for 9 years next month, married for 4, and hes the only man ive ever willingly been with. we're having our second child this year and im a stay at home mom. regardless of religion we believe that there are certain duties we both have to uphold. many are actually split. while hes at work our current child is my responsibility but when hes home we work together. when I was pregnant we took a group class to help us learn about what to expect and they asked what things we want to change about how we were raised. he said he wanted to change diapers. his father changed maybe 3 for him and then never again for him or his brothers. you dont have to be a feminist to love women. you dont have to want to fight in a movement to support women. you just have to show up for the women in your life. weve been fooled as women into thinking that if we control our bodies and sleep with whoever we want but never have children it makes us powerful. children are a choice and some people shouldnt be parents. but this goes for men and women, there is nothing more beautiful than finding someone who will show up for you daily. it isnt about sex. sex isnt even the best part of life. it is absolutely an amazing part but nothing compares to being able to be silent and in the same space with someone maybe even doing different things or cuddling and you dont have to say a thing to feel loved. sex is good for the moment if its random. but when you have someone youre truely connected to you genuinely crave that person beyond those moments and if they feel the same you dont need a label like feminism for them to want to see you thrive. in a career, as a mother, in any endeavors or even your worst moments. they always want you to come out on top. we need to offer a hand instead of insisting on hate.
