in fact, yes, there could have been a 7th wife, and Henry considered Catherine Willoughby as his new wife, since he signed the arrest of Catherine Parr, which was later cancelled. Incidentally, Catherine Willoughby later raised Catherine Parr's daughter, Mary Seymour, who most likely died at the age of 2.

As a historian, this is an impossibility that I wish people would stop talking about. For one, Henry VIII did not attempt to “erase” his Queens from history. If he had wanted to do that effectively, they would have their names expunged from the record and have the records associated with their households destroyed. Even if he had been able to achieve this successfully, there is no logical way he would have prevented record of this supposed woman from reaching foreign countries through ambassadors. There are too many stretches in logic to reasonably consider this as a possibility.

I ain’t no historian, but I love Henry VIII and that whole time period. From what I know, this is historically impossible because Henry VIII died before his 6th wife Catherine Parr. Catherine Pare lived while Henry died so historically this is impossible.
