I feel the exact same about my philodendron subhastatum. It grows wonky, I’ve cut it and started over multiple times, propagations never take. I want to let it go but I just can’t 😂😂

how do spider mites just appear? I've just gotten an alocasia recently and everyone said if it doesn't have them now it will. im curious what precautions I can take besides cleaning the leaves to prevent this pest

I ordered a caladium from Walmart and they sent me a second. Not sure if it was an accident or not but whatever. I thought the window in my room would be enough for them plus the grow light that was next to them. IT WASNT and they almost died 😅 I’m still not sure if I’ve managed to save them tbh
