I was told to do my own performance review. I was asked to rank myself. I wrote on the back how im not going to do that. either you tell me how im doing and what I need to improve on or not do this. I was sent back the review and told to fill it out as asked... I never did

Was told we werent getting raises then told going to have reviews. So I didnt even do my review. Then they decided after 3 years of no raises to give them this year finally and 3% to all across the board. Corporate is such a shame lately.

Annual review was great. 3% increase across the board. So pretty much losing money since prices up more than 3%. Make it make sense
