mine barely extracts anyyyyyyything - we’ve wasted SO many beans on grind IQ which is actually very frustrating. Almost as frustrating as spending $1000+ on a machine for it not to properly work 2 weeks later. And we use freshly roasted - high quality beans!

I’ve just bought this… and when I press cappuccino hardly no coffee comes out it’s like a 1/4 of what came out on yours…. Any idea how to get more to come out?

I’m having the same issues with mine, the espresso extraction is so bad it barely drips out. I’ve done the Grind IQ three times and I’m using really good quality beans from a local shop that I’ve had no issues with before with any other machine- so I’m not sure what the problem is with this thing.

Can’t even get mine to work! Says bar jam on the grind IQ. Wasted so many beans 😭😭😭 Ninja are replacing the machine but don’t have much faith in the machine 🥺

Bean to cup extracts differently… I’ve currently got a Delonghi Eletta having returned the Ninja due to so many faults including the grinders blocking but by loved the coffee and milk jug I had an old Delonghi top range spec from 2019 makes great coffee if using a hotel chocolate velvetiser for the milk but died when I stopped using it at Xmas when I got the ninja… So back to a Delonghi and using my velvetiser again! 🙈🤷♀️
