Detaining the passenger is insane, no law broken and demanding an ID is insane, lying about needing to identify is insane, not calling a supervisor is insane(even attempting to call a supervisor after detaining them with no response from dispatch means they switched channels to fool the camera audio). Not checking in with dispatch to run the plate and follow up is insane. Reaching in the vehicle to open the door is insane. It’s as though these officers know they are in the wrong, but keep pushing saying they failed to identify themselves which in no way was mandatory without probable cause that a crime was committed
