The breakdown: Set background-clip text with a transparent text color on a headline, drop any image or gradient behind it, now the text becomes a window and the photo only shows inside the letterforms. The headline fills the whole screen thanks to clamp() on font-size, it grows and shrinks with the viewport so it stays edge to edge on any device. Those rotated badges on the sides use writing-mode vertical-rl, the text flows top to bottom with no manual rotate transform and it stays selectable. A grain layer over everything is an SVG feTurbulence filter, it adds that printed pop art noise without a heavy image file. mix-blend-mode pushes the colors into that high contrast duotone where photo and type fight for attention.
