I lived on a portion of my income, even when that income got very, very good. 6. I never bought something to signal success to people I don’t care about. 7. Cheap and frugal are not the same thing. I’m not cheap. I’m intentional. REAL ESTATE / INCOME 8. I bought properties that cash flowed from day one. No speculation, no hope. 9. My rentals don’t care if I sleep in or take a Tuesday off. That was the whole point. 10. Five doors later, my tenants pay my bills. I just supervise. MINDSET 11. I stopped trying to look rich and started trying to be free. 12.
