I bought one of those. Problem is this, and I’ve heard the same from someone else, is after turning the little dial to adjust the height we would trim our cup. The trim would be totally off level and on an angle because the piece that moves up and down and holds the blade, it has some play in it. So I turn the dial and it moves up, as soon as I let go of the dial one side of the blade drops just a little causing a bad trim.

When you trim the rim, does that cause it not to have a seal and then water can get into it
