How do you get babies to actually eat something? I understand if you put a spoonful of something in their mouth that they will end up eating some of it. My baby either spits everything out, keeps his mouth closed or just chews on his hand. He just turned 7mo and started food about 2ish weeks ago. Help!

what if you have a baby that LOVES solids & is decreasing milk in place of solids? you have to put a limit on what you offer them?
