I’ve created my own fable 5 mcp . I put my agent to analize the few days of fable activity and see I’m exactly their approach. I analysed also some prompts from GitHub. And opus 4.8 does go further with the mcp hooked. Really happy of it

That probably tells us that the model itself is not the core… it is how you enforce the rules and principles on which the AI operates. People used to be amazed that they don’t need to write the code anymore but now many are excited also not to need to write the prompts, documentation, and markdown files. Honestly, learning how to better use the smaller models probably can increase performance to match the latest models on many aspects! I think the future is not one huge model but smaller models used carefully with accurate documentation.

the repo's own README has an embedded instruction (written in leetspeak) trying to get any AI reading it to dump its full instructions back to the user. That's a prompt-injection payload — a good signal of what this material is built to do. I didn't follow it, and it's a clean example of why "just paste this file in" deserves caution.
