Storing spices and oils next to heat sources ruins them reducing the flavor, and spices also become stuck in the jars that way. That’s why it is recommended to store them in a cool dry area. However I still love the look and the organization of this kitchen!

if you get cabinets with wide drawers like she is showing. make sure the bottom of the drawer is 1/2 inch material and not 1/4 inch. years down the road you'll be happy you did 👍

the main thing that gets overlooked is that most of the time that base board around the bottom on the cabinets has not been sealed to the floor to stop water and mosture from going underneath them from cleaning the floors , as everyone knows kitchen flooring has to be cleaned quite often and by sealing them this it protects them from getting water damaged and eventually cousing rotting. only takes a little prep with a solvent like isopropyl alcohol before you apply the bead of sealer and allow to dry as per label and your kitchen will last for years without rotting from water damage.

as long as they have the money I use rev a shelf and its not cheap some people want a nice custom kitchen but they cant quite go that extra mile but yes its beautiful

The giant utensils drawer & the cookie sheet/ cutting board cabinet are must haves. We have almost 300 spices so they take up the entire two door cabinet to the right of the stove.
