i have studied for a,year but still feel like i can not speak comfortably or confidently and just think far too much what i should be saying with particles counter words vocab sentence structure etc etc and then i dont speak

I’m having a really hard time memorising Word. I constantly mistake some syllables. how do you managed it? Grammar for everyday talking isn’t that hard, but vocabulary is so complicated..
