i don't know if you noticed but I kept putting the mop back in the water after u wiped the blacks things out of the walls of the bathtub so the black things keep going to the water again and that why Ur bathtub will never be clean

Out of curiosity have you tried to twist the silver knob on the side of the tub, to stop and unstop the drain? I only ask as I had a similar problem with my new tub for weeks trying to close and open the drain and randomly discovered that was the trick
