touch screen should be abandoned like the using phones when driving , if police catches you txt in phone they fine you but when you use the touch screen then nothing where is the logic, it has been better with buttons and safer

Some of these are a bit short-sighted. Aqueducts couldn't run water everywhere and still depended on surface water, and modern sewing machines have greater safety advantages

They absolutely need to bring all this back. especially the stuff in cars, go back to buttons. It was so much safer and easier to use.These touchscreens are a joke.

The touchscreen is a complete understatement to driver uncomfort and public nuisance. I'd sell my car if it didn't put me upside down financially. Most of the technology is supposed to be safety related and it just drives a person nuts. So, it's just useless.

I think using a phone whilst driving is safer than navigating a display. Not that you should do either. A car display should only be used for maps.

a touchscreen in cars were tried back in the 80s, and didn't catch on then because it was a distraction....

It is illegal to use your phone while driving in many countries... But hold up a bright idea! Let's build the phone/tablet into the car so it can be used the same way but it's not directly in the customers hands.

CARS also do not need computers , big businesses are over complicating everything on purpose its literally a legal scam, example i have 50-60 year old stove requires gas natural or propane nothing else,power out cool stove makes heat JUST GAS
