Recipe 218: Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Chilli Recipes just like this are straight out of my recipe ebook - comment ‘EBOOK’ and i’ll send you a l1nk with a cheeky discount 🤝🔗 Calories & macros 📊 583 calories 46g P | 86g C | 11g F Per serving Ingredients: Makes x 4 500g 5% beef mince (£5.19) 1 tin (390g) red kidney beans in chilli sauce (£0.69) 850g sweet potato, cubed (£1.01) 150g sweetcorn (£0.34) 1 x packet chilli con carne seasoning (£0.35) 1 tin (400g) chopped tomatoes (£0.45) 1 packet (250g) sliced mushrooms (£0.95) 80g 30% reduced fat cheddar (£0.70) Total cost: £9.68 (excl. seasonings) Cost per serve: £2.42 Method: 1. Add all of your ingredients, apart from yourcheese, into the slow cooker pot. Season with salt, pepper and the packet of chilli seasoning. Mix well until fully combined. (You can brown off the mince first if you like but I skipped this step) 2. Cook for 4 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low. 3. Dish out into 4 servings and top with 20g low fat cheddar. 4. I garnished mine with fresh coriander. 5. Serve and enjoy!
