I have the SAME problem. on my hands/body, sunscreen leaves no cast, but on my face it does. BUT I also noticed that facial sunscreen leaves more of a cast than body sunscreen. I ran out of my face sunscreen and used the one I have for my body, cheap and generic, and it worked soooooo good compared to my pricey face sunscreen

there is a prescribed dosage for sunscreen 1/4 tsp for face or 1/2 tsp for face ears and neck. 2 finger lengths often fall short of that dosage. Putting on less sunscreen to avoid a white cast defeats the purpose as you are not getting the full stated spf benefits.
