Every Netcare branch I've been to I haven't been happy. All Staff need more training on diligence ,empathy and the urgency of patient care especially when admitted.

I had my first TIA on St Augistines in 2015 and Dr Bala Govender insisted I had carpal tunnel syndrome. The TIA could of been reversed if he wasn't in such a rush to discharge me.

My Dads 5% working kidney was removed my Dr Haffejee without his knowledge in 2016. He is now 100% on dialysis, he would have only needed dialysis twice a week if it wasn’t for that. HPCSA did nothing.

the staff dnt need more training.They need to up ther game by employing permanent staff.That will lead yo accountability.The hospital is run by agency staff which is payed lessor.Hence so much of negative outcomes.They are nit accountable.Poor permanent staff have to over see an so much of stress on the shoulders.Management dnt care.They sit in comfortable positions an get paid fat salary.

I went to this emergency room once waited 20 minutes and then left because the line wasn’t moving and the admin person was asking someone literally in pain who their gp is where the gp is located , will the approve all their scans and the person just wanted to be seen by a doctor so I left , went to hilcreast was seen as I walked through the door , no wait nothing
