Baby is too low! They need to be up high enough to kiss easily. It’s an easy enough mistake to make, I did it a lot at the beginning when baby wearing. I had to make some adjustments and look up some more tutorials to get it right. But you want baby closer to your chest, it’s much safer.

If your babies ear is not above the top of the carrier when they are in this then they are not big enough to be in it. These carriers are not safe for newborns because of this.
