@madelainerascan: just wondering…this your vibe? 🤷♀️ These 3 moves paired together are one of my FAVE legs/ass burners. Great for vaycay/hotel workouts, quickies or to finish off a weights session. Band stays around the thighs, just above the knee. 🍑 40 sec work, 5 sec rest. 1-2 sets as a finisher. 3-5 as a quickie leg workout. the tension is meant to buuuuiiilllld! -wide to narrow squat [stay low in between the squats] -curtsy, lunge, curtsy, stand [left side] -45 degree skater taps [left side] -curtsy, lunge, curtsy, stand [right side] -45 degree skater taps [right] Focus on a deep lunge/squat and perfect form to target the muscles effectively. Not speed! BONE APPLE TEETH 🦷 🍎
