As someone who forgets foods exists half the time and also having a horrible relationship with food from childhood this is the type of caring I love. It doesn't look like control to me it looks like someone trying to make sure their loved one is fed and healthy.

My man and I share almost every meal we have together. I often even just make one big plate we eat off of. And when we go to our favorite place (panda express) we get the bigger plate so rice orange and sesame chicken shrimp ragoon and by sharing we can save money and it’s more than enough food for actually both lunch and dinner. It’s weird to some but works for us 🖤 plus unless I just 🍃💨 I struggle to eat because of no appetite thanks to my meds I’m on 😭

As a thick girl who doesn’t eat enough food I don’t think it’s controlling at all it’s love ensuring she gets enough nutrition this could have been her first meal of the day & she’s done after 3 bites!

I don’t care if I don’t want all my food, my husband is not eating off my plate. I will bag my leftovers or leave it. He has his own food to do what he wants.
