press credentials only are needed at private premises or inside RESTRICTED areas on government premises. restricted areas have to be clearly defined with signage. maybe indifferent states it's different

Journalists in this country haven’t been licensed since 1690 under British rule. The only agencies that issue press credentials are corporate media. And we are all covered under the First Amendment freedom of press. These cops are dumber than dirt.
