I was on folfox for colorectal! Good luck!! I hope it helps you 🥰🥰 I got bad cold sensitivity, couldn't drink or touch cold things, constipation, nausea, joint pain, messed with my nerves, my memory & cognitive abilities, also had bad chest pain but that is a more rare side effect I believe, my hair didn't fall out in clumps but I did lose a bunch overall, like if I ran my fingers through my hair or brushed my hair I was losing a lot more than I normally did! I hope you have minimal to no side effects 🥰

Hi fellow cancer girlie! 💖 I'm currently on FOLFOX and have been since last August. So far, I've had a really positive experience and good results with it. The side effects have been very manageable, and the anti-nausea medications have helped a lot. The main side effects I've experienced have been fatigue, sleepiness, mild nausea (nothing major and no vomiting), and some hair loss. Everyone responds differently, of course, but that's been my experience so far. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions at all I'd be more than happy to help. Been on folfox since January. I’ve tolerated it very well and cancer has responded. Chief complaint is unable to hold or drink anything cold. Good luck!

I just finished five months of fol fox, and the cold sensitivity was the most notable side effect. But also I would wake up at night checking to make sure I was still attached to my pump lol. Never got used to that.

I've been on Folfox since March. the biggest side effects are the cold sensitivity and GI issues. I also had pelvic chemo radiation before starting Folfox....so that has magnified my GI symptoms. Good luck to you 🙏🙏🙏
