im doing this right now and I was feeling so "weak-willed" doing things like going and laying down when my body said it was tired even though I'd only woken up a couple hours previous, even though I feel better and more attuned when I listen to those internal cues 😭 thank you for this validation, that I should continue attuning and listening to my body. truly.
