You can say she's wrong about hadith without calling her a kafir. Takfir is a serious matter, and scholars have always warned against throwing that label around casually. Saying "her views are misguided" is very different from saying "she's not Muslim.

The akhi in the video is wrong and he did overeact but Ayahs whole content is wrong she is literally promoting tabaruj which is a major sin and rejecting hadith you cannot be a muslim whilst rejecting the Prophet (S.A.W)'s words

He's wrong in how he spoke about her but the dua only fall back on him if he made them for/against a Muslim. Ayah has publicly made statements of kufr and stood by them even after the issues have been clarified to her. Not only is she a kafir, anyone who denies that she is a kafir/calls her a Muslim is also a kafir because the one who denies the kufr of such ppl after it has been clearly established is a kafir themselves by the consensus of the scholars of Ahl as-Sunnah.

I don’t agree with what the person said and how he said it. However this doesn’t change the fact the Ayah is a kāfir. This is due to her statements which take her out of the fold of Islam. And the ideology of feminism is kufr. This is something everyone should be aware of. And before you say “who do you think you are to say she’s not Muslim or not” — takfir is a legal Islamic ruling which refers back to the scholars and the prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and Allāh.
