Not justifying anything tho but it’s depends on the department/faculty. Anything that has to do with medical courses you have to properly park your hair and also it cannot be long. In a situation where by you have long extensions you have to properly park it before entering for the exam. It is part of the things we are being taught (Code of Conduct)

Even neat all back. HR called me and because it’s not a written offense, she asked me if I need money to make my hair and asked for my account number. I didn’t send it though, it as so humiliating but I will not stop my routine of weaving my natural hair twice before after every protective style before a new one. It’s my routine because I want to wash my hair thoroughly twice. My protective hairstyles stay more than a month in my hair so why not. I don’t mind weaving my hair all through the year but apparently, it’s an unwritten office in the corporate space.
