The officers said then car then headed toward them. There is a gun shot hole on the passenger side window screen, bottom right corner and the passenger window is shot in. Both those shot could only have been done from the side. Guess they just wanted to be sure that baby wouldn’t need any more diapers.

Rather she was stealing or not they could’ve used there million dollar equipment to catch them. Just had someone accuse me of damaging their car a Walmart I left having no idea and a couple days later I had a warrant in a state I didn’t live in. Same cameras proved me not guilty so again this could of been handled same way they handled using normal protocols when dealing with non violent suspects
