I'm a genz and 2 or 3 months ago I had employed a fellow genz. He was to work 3 days a week at 25k a month as an editor. I myself I'm an editor but I needed a helping hand since I'm always busy. Week 1 he was dedicated, but then he just started delivering projects late any day arsenal was playing. He would say he is sick, he is relocating or come up with any excuse only to end up posting himself watching arsenal play. When I asked him to take job seriously, he waited till end month. After I paid him, the following day I sent him projects and he told me he has quit .

You are right younger generations see mistakes as a reason to quit or stop when in fact it’s a learning opportunity. It’s not nice often uncomfortable but that’s not a reason to quit.
