Customer service is nonexistent since you can’t call anyone and have to rely on the automated chat that tells you they can’t do anything and can’t provide another form of contact. Website is horrible since you can’t access anything and all you get is an error message. When I tried to enter the code, it simply gives me an error message. I ordered two rings. Both are out of stock. I tried to change the size on one ring since it has not been processed/shipped yet and, according to the website, I had to cancel and reorder. It won’t even allow me to log in to do that. After half an hour, I finally got someone on the chat who said they tried to change the size on the ring but they weren’t allowed to. Said it will be escalated and I will get an email to complete the process. No email.
