@lagomchef: 90% of the time I don’t have a clue what I am going to cook I like to feel the motion in the ocean and see where it takes me. A great lesson is cooking like this is create a base that is simple and start working your way around it.. simple starting bases like onion, peppers and garlic is a very sexy base. This reminds me of my dad - heating up mince in a few different ways - adding curry powder like this or something Smokey for enchilada style.
