Why would they be at tilt during a high speed run? The purpose of the automatic tilt is to reduce drag on a straight and increase drag during braking. So obviously they wouldn’t be tilted in that picture. Just think for two seconds and you could figure that out.

If you’re going full speed you want the wings flat you only want them to tilt when braking and maybe cornering otherwise it’s just added drag

im not sure on rules for professional race bikes in like motogp and sbk but they may not be able to have active winglets kinda like how F1 has a million rules but im not sure. Just a thought.
