you always find me at the spookiest times. literally today I thought "this is the life you want. the one you put effort into getting. so, maintain it". I started working toward it 3 years ago when I felt called toward a certain deity. declined to work with her at the time but she wasn't waiting for me. she was pushing, gently. I just didn't realise until recently. the power and authority I hold, I power and authority over kids that were basically handed to me and a couple of weeks ago my therapist said "you keep trying to be Mary Poppins. you're not Mary poppins. nobody is. they were put with you BECAUSE of who you are, not in spite of it". and since opening up to that deity, my life has been a little breadcrumb trail of challenges to prove myself to myself.
