Look I’m not the biggest Joe Rogan fan, but when he says “inexperienced doctor” he’s not referring to the medical side of his experience. He’s referring to his inexperience of being a UFC doctor and how he let Ilia have over a minute to recover. If the fighter says they want to keep going they’re supposed to be able to keep going
