I like to use our iron hueman syrup to make a more elevated haymaker. with herbs like nettle, moringa, yellow dock & dandelion root… it really focuses on providing extra vitamins & minerals! Comment “syrup” & I’ll send you a link. Now to make a traditional Haymaker all you need is black strap molasses, ginger, avc, salt, water & a sweetener like honey or maple syrup if you’d like. In a quart jar add in 1/4 cup of molasses, 1tbs vinegar, 1tsp grated ginger a pinch of salt & sweetener. Simple & affordable. Enjoy ✨
