Neither of these are actually made by the name on the vac. Dewalt is made by Alton group and the Ridgid is made by Emerson. The more you know.

I just bought that shop vac for doing Sand Filter’s heavy wet. Sand is not easy and it did a really good job. I’m impressed it was under $100 Canadian from Home Depot.
