@anotherday.with.lady.may: This wasn’t one of those cinnamon rolls that’s all sugar and no substance. The sourdough gave it a beautiful chew and depth of flavor, while the inside stayed soft, fluffy, and perfectly gooey. It was absolutely loaded with cinnamon sugar, but somehow never overwhelming; sweet enough to satisfy the dessert lover in me without making my teeth ache.
