It was a 5yo boy and two other children. All of whom had just been adopted by this sick man. This Texas citizen, pdfile went to Colombia to adopt [buy] children and then proceeded to SA the 5yo boy on the balcony of a short term rental apartment.

Apperantly he had went through an adoption process. They don’t know how he got the kids and what agency. It’s terrible, this is just one case. I can’t imagine how many others are there.
