First, in the currently world, companies now use global value chain concept - design and outsource manufacture to companies that have comparative advantage in manufacture. The manufacturer makes some of components which they think they have comparative advantage on. Kira Motors fabricate the bodies and platform the body. In fact they ant to bring companies like plastic manufactures for panels, etc. this is the same concept all companies use now. It makes operations cheaper, efficient and cost effective.
