I am so happy to hear an astrologer say this out loud! As an astrology beginner, I’m still getting familiar with all the concepts and the many little pieces that go into understanding each planet and how everything works together. One of the biggest lessons for me has been realizing that there is duality in every planet. I was revising my notes this weekend and reflecting on the fact that Jupiter sits in my 4th house. I’ve always wondered, what does that actually mean? We often hear that Jupiter “expands,” but expands what? The 4th house is all about roots, family, and home. Looking back on my life experience, I can see how my responsibilities to my family and home have expanded to the point where I sometimes ignored my own needs. It made me wonder if Jupiter also has challenging expressions, and you explained that beautifully in this video. I was obsessed with Greek mythology as a kid, and now that I’m diving deeper into astrology, I’m realizing how important those stories are. When you understand the mythology behind the gods, you start to see how their archetypes connect to the planets and how they express themselves in our lives. By the way, Zeus is my least favorite. 🤭😩

In my mind Jupiter is like eating a mega dose of mushrooms. Whatever mood you’re in or life experience you’re currently having, it just expands that and exaggerates every aspect of it, good or bad. Jupiter being in my second house of Leo already, I’m really working on creating the right energy around money before it gets there and makes it’s return in my life.

Jupiter is my ruling planet but is also in fall natally. He’s in my 8H now, and I am pregnant - which tracks. But, just like pregnancy, there’s pluses and minuses to the transit. I’m happy to pregnant after years of trying, but I’m expanding (physically), I’m feeling more isolated (8H), I’m spending more money (8H), but I’m also becoming more in tune with my inner self, defining boundaries, and developing my morals. It makes sense I’m due right when Jupiter moves into my 9H.

I'm told my Jupiter is being stifled due to being ruled by Cap/Saturn. Not sure what I believe with that. Also, nearly every male in Greek mythology raped women in these stories. I guess it was more normalized back then. 😩
