My mom said she wanted a third but knew they couldn’t afford college for 3 (at the time). I thank my parents everyday for putting their existing children first because they gave us so many opportunities that would be so difficult if they kept having kids

Immediately after my second i got my tubes tied. Me and my man refused to be outnumbered by our kids😂❤️i loveeee the balance we both deal w one at a time and they get alot of independent time alone w us!

100%. My husband and I are likely one and done. Life is easy. Everyone is happy, rested, and loved. We can give him all he could ever dream of, now and in the future. And he will always have 100% from each parent.

Heavy on the “they sleep 11+ hours”! I know my brain well enough that I need sleep and having another that would take that away from me, won’t be great for my kids either. You’re doing amazing! 👏🏻💖

I think the benefit of having lots of kids is for your kids to have siblings. Not to say I think people shouldn’t stop at 2 kids, I just don’t think people consider it. Having reliable responsible siblings will do more for you in life than I think relationships with friends or parents are capable of doing.
