@abbyxconway: I actually cheated during 75 hard… but I think it’s the only reason I was able to finish !! Hear me out.. bc yes i did complete 75 hard! BUTT my rules also included: one off day a week (I still tried to eat relatively healthy, but sometimes I needed a rest day from working out) AND my workouts could bleed into the next day (meaning if I missed one workout, I can make up for the following day) basically, I gave myself grace. bc if one slip-up happened, I didn’t automatically feel like I had failed and needed to start over from day one🫠 and lowkey I think that’s why so many people quit things.. not because they’re incapable of reaching their goals, but because they have one bad meal, skip one workout, or fall off track for a moment and decide everything is ruined?? but what changed my life wasn’t 75 days of being perfect🤣 it was 75 days of continuing, even when I wasn’t! and now a year later, I’m still choosing habits that prioritize my health and happiness! because I never gave myself a reason to quit and i chose habits that were actually sustainable!! I feel like there’s people that wouldn’t count this as completing the challenge but imo I say do whatever you gotta do to keep going long enough for the habits to actually become your life!!🫶🏻 #75hard #75hardresults #75hardupdate #betterhabits
