As a nurse in the uk you do your specillasse task depending on your role eg chemo, CVAD etc but it’s very care focused. In the US you actually get to use your knowledge and implement your nursing care and do a lot of tasks that here in the uk we would consider medics to do. You have a lot more autonomy
