our GSD started limping like this, she wouldn’t let the vet take x rays so they were unsure of what was causing it. They suggested anti inflammatory meds and if it didn’t work to come back and have her put under for x rays. luckily the medication worked and she’s been fine since! this was about a year ago!

Vet now. She may have torn something in her knee. My dog was similar.

Could be nothing or could be something horrible. Many years ago one of my shepherds started limping and we found a small LEGO piece between her pads. Last year my shepherd started limping. Turned out to be bone cancer. Please go to the vet ASAP.
